Growing and harvesting vegetables - it’s so simple that even a child can do it; and at Red Rose School they do! This elementary activity is a springboard to learning about science, the environment, nutrition, and the sweet sensation of working together for a common goal. The satisfaction and sense of pride the children get in seeing the garden they have planted mature is great; and eating the fruits of their loom is even better.
